Methodology
How we cover this story
We built this site to be the single most comprehensive — and least breathless — place to track the canine longevity pill anywhere on the internet. Here’s exactly what we do, and what we refuse to do.

What we scan
- · Regulatory bulletins (FDA, EMA, MHRA, PMDA, TGA, Health Canada, ANVISA, and 30+ others).
- · Peer-reviewed and pre-print biology databases (PubMed, bioRxiv, Open Access journals).
- · Veterinary professional newsletters, conference programs, and clinic news pages.
- · Mainstream press wires (AP, Reuters, AFP) plus regional papers in 60+ markets.
- · Public conversation on Reddit (r/dogs, r/AskVet, r/longevity and 18 others) and on X / Twitter.
- · Owner-submitted observations through our contact and waitlist forms.
What we do with it
- De-duplicate by URL, headline fingerprint, and substring overlap.
- Classify by country, source kind, and topic (regulatory, science, clinical, owner, marketing).
- Score sentiment with a transparent lexicon — never a hidden black-box model.
- Generate a one-paragraph plain-English summary so you don’t need to click.
- Rank by recency, source authority, and corroboration across sources.
- Trigger an instant approval-alert email if a country’s regulatory status changes.
What we refuse to do
- · No clickbait. Every headline is rewritten in calm, scannable English.
- · No paywalls, popups that steal your back button, or autoplay video.
- · No selling your email address. Ever. (We don’t even share aggregate counts with vendors.)
- · No medical advice. We curate evidence; your veterinarian makes calls.
We scour the web so you don’t have to.
